HIKING TRAILS
Woodstock NY is home to many hiking trails including Overlook Mountain trail which leads to an old abandoned hotel ruins. Also there is the newly built Ashokan Reservoir trail which is perfect for all abilities. The Saw Kill Creek is within walking distance from the house. Plenty of exploring to do on the 1.5 acres of yard as well.

YOGA RETREATS
Ask about our upcoming yoga retreats. You will have daily yoga and meditation classes led by 700hr E-RYT yoga instructor with special training in trauma and inclusivity. You will visit a local Tibetan Buddist Monastery and Catskill Animal Sanctuary. Many outdoor activities for your to choose from including stand-up paddle boarding, kayaking, and more. You will hike daily and practice the Japanese art of shinrin yoku or forest bathing. Homemade vegetarian or vegan meals provided twice a day. You may organize your own group of people or come join ours and create new friends.
