Welcome

We stayed in Woodstock on our first weekend trip as a couple, then returned 10 years later after getting engaged and fell in love with the town of Woodstock. We looked at many upstate towns, but decided on Woodstock as our future home because there was always something happening here. We started hosting guests in Nov 2019 about two weeks after purchasing the home! The amount of things we have learned about Woodstock and the surrounding area has grown with our desire to help guests have a fun stay. Woodstock is much more than the concert that never happened here. It's a thriving art community with music and film festivals. There's tons of outdoor sports with hiking, biking, skiing, golfing and more. Reach out if you have any questions about what fun things are happening around Woodstock, NY. How to Book

Use the Book Now option in the upper right menu bar to check if your dates are available. There is a minimum 2-maximum 14 nights.

The benefit to booking direct is that

unlike other short term rental sites, there are no hidden fees.

The first payment will be for the first half of the total rent. There will be a $500 security deposit due at rental agreement signing. PayPal, Venmo or personal check can be arranged. The second half is due 7 days before check in. You can use the upper right menu to view pictures of all the rooms. Feel free to use the chat option for any questions and we will answer typically within the hour.

Over 1.5 acres to roam and explore.

Multiple outdoor areas including fire table and fire pit. We provide the firewood. Many outdoor games, swings and hammocks to ensure you relax and have fun. Unlike other properties, we host only one guest at a time. No owners, outbuildings or guest houses. That means you have the whole grounds to yourselves!
