The Kitchen

This well equipped kitchen has anything you can think of, 4 coffee makers, including Nespresso, Keurig, drip and french press. You will have a large array pots, pans, bakeware, oven, dishwasher, full fridge, pantry full of spices and oils to use. Cleaning supplies, paper products, foil, wrap, food storage, you name it, we have it. No need to bring a thing!

Large Kitchen, with all the supplies you could need and more. Nespresso machine, french press, baking supplies, cookware, pots and pans and cleaning supplies.

Map Room

The Map Room has a comfortable queen sized bed and a large workspace.

Bird Room

The Bird Room has a view of the patio. Queen bed, closet with pack and play, hi-chair, baby gates and more.

Hippie Room

The Hippie Room is great for the kids. Two twin size beds, ensuite bathroom connection, groovy blacklight and hangout swing chair.

Woodstock Room

The Woodstock Room is themed off of the 1969 concert that actually never happened in Woodstock NY. Plenty of space in this room with magical mountain views. A large bookshelf is in here with nostalgic toys and books for the young and young at heart. A queen and a twin bed are perfect for a group of three.

Living Room

The new great room boasts a floor to ceiling gas fireplace, windows overlooking the back forest, a smart tv, and record player

Living room with 2 comfy couches and two arm chairs accommodate your whole group. New gas fireplace, smart TV, record player.

Dining Area

The dining table seats 8-10 people. Situated in a cozy room with a functioning wood burning fireplace. A large supply of books and games for those rainy days by the fire. Firewood available onsite.

Sitting Area

This sitting area looks out on Overlook mountain and the bird feeder.

Reading Nook

Fun loft area converted to reading nook or create a play area.

Outdoor Spaces

The outdoor dining area is a blue stone patio. Large table seats ten. Also two other decks in the front and on the side ensure everyone has a place to hang out and commune with nature. Fire pit and gas fire table make the evenings toasty.

Yard

Large yard to enjoy nature. 1.5 acres.

Bathroom One

Full bath with tub shower combo. Towels and soap, shampoo, conditioner all provided.

Bathroom Two

Bathroom 2 on the second floor. Full shower stall.

Generator

Whole house generator kicks in as soon as there is a loss of electricity. No need to worry about interruption of your vacation
